We received word today that our application to the NSERC PromoScience program was successful. The project, entitled "Helping teachers integrate environmental science & Indigenous traditional knowledge in a rapidly changing world" is a collaboration between the Faculty of Education, the Department of Biology, and Indigenous educators and Elders to bring Indigenous perspectives into the Grades 9 and 10 curriculum.
